party lights. You can go to a discount store, or your local department stores.

bags filled with sand and a votive candle inside. Just make sure the bags are flame resistance. If this cheap

Everyone drinks soda so save the aluminum cans and wash out thoroughly. On the night of the party take the soda
cans, minus the lid, and fill halfway with sand. Stir in some kerosene until the sand is damp but not swimming in
kerosene. Place the cans where you want them.
The sand makes them heavy enough that they cannot be accidentally knocked over. Drop a match inside the can and
the kerosene will burn slowly, putting out a lot of light. Make sure you use kerosene and not gas. If you use gas,
it will explode when you drop in a match. The cans can be spray painted to give them an elegant or wild look but do
not use anything flammable to wrap them in.

you are not the crafty kind, or do not have the time, you can purchase cheap outdoor party lighting at a discount
party store or one those stores that sells stuff for under a dollar.
